Refund Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, with original packaging and certificate (if any).
• Customized or engraved items are not eligible for return/refund.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
